Clear refunds, service by service.
If a conflict cannot be cleared or we decline the work, you get a full refund. After that, refunds follow the stage the work has reached.

How to ask for a refund
- Write to contact@theunione.org from the email used for the order, with the order or application reference.
- We answer within five working days. Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe; banks usually show them within 5–10 working days. The refund, like the payment, shows on your statement under World One Alliance Pvt. Ltd..
- Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
