UNIONE™ operates within the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management, a not-for-profit legal entity incorporated in New Delhi, India. UNIONE™ is an institution. The Federation is its legal operating home.
UNIONE™ is not presented as a separately incorporated company. It is operated within the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management, which provides the legal and organisational umbrella for conflict and dispute-resolution institutions and initiatives including UNIONE™ and TheNeutrals.ORG™.
The Federation is a not-for-profit entity incorporated in India. Its role as legal operator is distinct from the case-specific procedural functions performed by UNIONE™ as an arbitral institution.

Different mandates.
The legal umbrella does not collapse the different institutional mandates. Certification, professional standing and arbitral case administration remain separate functions.
No appointment entitlement.
Fellowship, directory standing, certification, Council participation or ecosystem participation creates no automatic right to an arbitral appointment or case allocation.

New Delhi is UNIONE's legal and institutional origin. It is not intended to confine the institution to Indian disputes, Indian parties or India-seated arbitrations.
UNIONE is structured for cross-border commercial relationships in which the parties, governing law, arbitral seat, assets, evidence, counsel and enforcement destinations may span multiple jurisdictions.
For due diligence, the relevant question is not simply where the operator is incorporated. It is also whether the institution clearly states its Rules, governance, appointment safeguards, fees, filing route, professional boundaries and legal status.
