UNIONE™ operates within the Federation of Integrated Conflict Management, a not-for-profit legal entity incorporated in New Delhi, India. We set out our legal home, structure and registered particulars, and why our corporate domicile is separate from the seat of any arbitration we administer.
Our legal operating home
UNIONE™ is an institution. The Federation of Integrated Conflict Management is its legal operating home.
UNIONE™ is not a separately incorporated company. It operates within the Federation, which provides the legal and organisational umbrella for conflict and dispute-resolution institutions and initiatives, including UNIONE™ and TheNeutrals.ORG™.
The Federation is a not-for-profit entity incorporated in India. Its role as legal operator is separate from the procedural work UNIONE™ does on each case as an arbitral institution.
Federation of Integrated Conflict Management
The Indian not-for-profit legal entity through which UNIONE™ is constituted and administered.
UNIONE™
A cross-border arbitration and dispute-resolution institution. It covers Rules, case administration, procedure and related services across the life of a dispute.
TheNeutrals.ORG™
Professional standards, certification and development for neutrals. It is separate from UNIONE™’s arbitration administration.
Different mandates
One legal umbrella, distinct roles. Certification, professional standing and case administration stay separate.
No appointment entitlement
Fellowship, a directory listing, certification, Council participation or involvement in related institutions gives no automatic right to an arbitral appointment or case.

Constituted in New Delhi, built for cross-border disputes
New Delhi is UNIONE™’s legal and institutional origin. It does not limit us to Indian disputes, Indian parties or arbitrations seated in India.
UNIONE™ is built for cross-border commercial relationships, where the parties, governing law, seat, assets, evidence, counsel and enforcement destinations may span several countries.
When you carry out due diligence, the question is not only where the operator is incorporated. It is also whether the institution clearly states its Rules, governance, appointment safeguards, fees, filing route, professional boundaries and legal status.
Legal certainty
A named operating entity, registration particulars and a registered office you can verify.
Institutional separation
A clear line between the Federation, UNIONE™, professional certification and other functions.

Our domicile does not decide the seat, governing law, tribunal or hearing venue.

Search the Ministry of Corporate Affairs records for the registration number above, or ask the Secretariat for certified incorporation records. For formal legal due diligence, rely on current official filings.
India has no grading or accreditation scheme for arbitral institutions yet: the Arbitration Council of India provided for in the Arbitration and Conciliation Act has not been constituted. UNIONE™ follows a published voluntary transparency code instead.
