Institutional standards
What we publish, so you can check us.
India's Arbitration and Conciliation Act provides for the Arbitration Council of India to grade institutions, but the Council has not been constituted, so there is no grading to obtain. Until there is, UNIONE™ holds itself to this voluntary code.
We publish
- The Rules & Procedures in force and every earlier version, with dates.
- The full fee schedule and a calculator, before you file.
- The members of the Global Council and the Certification Board, and their register of interests.
- The conflicts procedure, the complaints procedure and the Fellow fee-share schedule.
- Caseload, timeliness and complaints statistics, including zeros, every year.
- The legal operating entity and its registered particulars.
We commit to
- Apply for grading as soon as an Indian scheme exists, and publish the result.
- Publish redacted awards only with the consent of every party.
- Correct any published figure within ten working days of finding an error, and say so on the page.
