Published from day one. Updated monthly. Even when the number is zero.

An institution that asks parties to trust its process should show its record. UNIONE™ publishes the figures below on the last working day of every month, with the method stated, starting from the first month of operation.

The record so far

UNIONE™ Rules & Procedures v4.0 were adopted by the Global Council in April 2026. The first reporting period runs from the adoption date.

What we will report and how

  • Caseload: new matters by track, sector and corridor; amounts in dispute by band.
  • Time: median and 90th-percentile days for each stage, against the published Service Standards, and the number of standards missed.
  • Cost: institutional fees as a share of amount in dispute, by track; service credits granted.
  • Appointments: who was appointed, by designation, region and gender; party-nominated versus UNIONE™-made.
  • Outcomes: awards issued, Enforcement Readiness Reviews completed and their ratings, settlements recorded.
  • Method: counts are taken from the case register on the last working day of the month; nothing is estimated.

Why publish a zero

A new institution that hides its caseload invites the assumption that it has none. A published zero with a method and a date is a commitment; silence is not. The figures above are the baseline every later month is measured against.
