Enter the matter, see the live analysis and the delivery plan, then pay at the end. Every step after that is tracked on your page.

Run the application

What you receive

  • Case number and Notice of Registration (PDF)
  • Service on the Respondent, if you ask the Secretariat to serve
  • Written estimate of the administrative fee and tribunal advance from the published schedule
  • A private case page for documents and messages with the Secretariat

Why people use it

File your Notice of Arbitration under the UNIONE™ Rules & Procedures v4.0 online, pay the filing fee and receive a case number and a Notice of Registration. The arbitration starts when the Notice is filed and the fee is paid.

  • Five tracks sized to the claim, with target timetables from 60 days for Streamlined.
  • A published fee schedule, so the cost is known before you file.
  • Emergency arbitrator available within 24 hours of a complete application.

Who it is for

  • Claimants with a UNIONE™ arbitration agreement
  • Parties who agree to UNIONE™ after a dispute arises
  • Counsel acting for them

When to order it

  • When negotiation and the contract's escalation steps are exhausted or the time limits have run.
  • When limitation or a contractual time bar is close and the arbitration must be started to protect the claim.
  • When you need interim or emergency relief and the clause provides for UNIONE™ arbitration.
  • When the respondent is in a country where a court judgment would be hard to enforce but an award would not.

What it is not

Registration is an administrative step: it does not decide jurisdiction, the validity of the arbitration agreement or the merits. The filing fee covers the Secretariat's registration work and is not refundable once the case is registered.

How it works

1. Notice of Arbitration

You. You answer the questions; the software drafts the Notice.

2. Completeness and fee check

UNIONE™ software. Completeness under the Rules, the track for the amount and the administrative fee from the schedule.

3. Filing fee

You. USD 750, paid at the end. The arbitration starts when the Notice is filed and the fee is paid.

4. Registration check and case number

Secretariat · 2 working days. Notice of Registration (PDF) with the case number.

5. Service on the Respondent

Secretariat · 2 working days. If you asked the Secretariat to serve.

6. Respondent's answer

Other party · 15 working days. Due 21 days after receipt (Rules v4.0).

7. Tribunal constituted

Secretariat. Appointments under the Rules and your agreement.

8. Proceedings

Tribunal. On the track's timetable.

The software and AI in this service

Before you pay: Completeness and fee check. Completeness under the Rules, the track for the amount and the administrative fee from the schedule. It runs on UNIONE™'s own servers and sends nothing to an AI provider.

An AI filing check before you submit compares your Notice with the Rules' requirements: parties and addresses, the agreement quoted, relief, amount, seat, language and nominee.

  • It flags gaps; it never decides jurisdiction or validity.
  • AI provider: OpenAI, under business API terms that do not allow training on your data.

Frequently asked questions

Does registration mean the tribunal has jurisdiction?

No. Registration is administrative. Jurisdiction is for the tribunal.

Can I file under another institution's clause?

No, unless the parties agree to UNIONE™ in writing. Use a confidential enquiry if unsure.

How are the arbitrators paid?

From the advance on costs, at the rates confirmed at registration.

What happens in the first two weeks?

The Secretariat checks the Notice for completeness, registers it, issues the case number and the Notice of Registration, serves the Respondent if you ask, sets the track and sends the written estimate of the administrative fee and the tribunal advance. The Respondent's Answer is normally due 21 days after it receives the Notice, unless a different track applies.

How is the track chosen?

By the amount in dispute, claims and counterclaims together: Streamlined up to USD 250,000, Simplified up to USD 1 million, Expedited up to USD 10 million, Standard above that, Complex for multi-party or multi-contract cases. The tribunal can move a case between tracks.

Can the software draft my Notice?

Yes. The application asks the questions the Rules require and produces a complete Notice of Arbitration for you to review, with the completeness, track and fee checks shown before you pay. Counsel can edit it before filing.

What if the other side says there is no valid arbitration agreement?

The tribunal decides its own jurisdiction under the Rules. Registration by the Secretariat is not a ruling on that question.

Is there an emergency arbitrator?

Yes. The Secretariat seeks to appoint an Emergency Arbitrator normally within 24 hours of a complete application and payment, for urgent protective relief before the tribunal is constituted.

Do I need an account first?

No. Run the application: enter the matter, see the live analysis and the plan, then pay at the end (or request the quote). We create your private account from your email so you can follow every step. Already have one? It is linked automatically, and you open it with a one-time code.

How do I pay?

By card on Stripe's secure page, in USD, EUR or GBP. UNIONE™ never sees your card details. An invoice is issued automatically.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Orders and applications are confidential, handled by named people after a conflict check, and never shared without your consent except as the law requires.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, depending on the stage the work has reached. The Refund policy sets it out service by service.

Is AI used on my documents?

Only to prepare: the live analysis before payment runs on UNIONE™'s own rules on our servers, and after the Secretariat clears the conflict check an AI first read gives the Fellow a map of the file. Nothing reaches an AI provider before then. A named Fellow makes every finding. Tick "No AI on my documents" on the form and the AI first read is skipped; the Fellow works from the documents alone.
