Registration does not include travel or accommodation. Dates and venue are announced to registered delegates first; the refund ladder (100% up to 60 days before, 50% up to 30 days before, free transfer at any time) protects the decision to register early.

What do I receive immediately?
A delegate number and a confirmation letter (PDF) by e-mail, with the invoice. The programme, venue and hotel information follow to registered delegates first.
Can I transfer my pass to a colleague?
Yes, free of charge, at any time before the Assembly: write to contact@theunione.org from the e-mail used to register, with the delegate number and the colleague's name.
Is there a speaker or partner route?
Yes. Register as a delegate and tell the Secretariat in the form; speaking and partnership are agreed separately and do not change the delegate price.
Do I need an account first?
No. Run the application: enter the matter, see the live analysis and the plan, then pay at the end (or request the quote). We create your private account from your email so you can follow every step. Already have one? It is linked automatically, and you open it with a one-time code.
How do I pay?
