Upload or paste a contract and receive a 15-domain CIAS report: a rating from AA to CCC (AAA is reserved for a Fellow's independent review), findings by domain, the clauses most likely to cause a dispute and suggested wording.

Enter the matter, see the live analysis and the delivery plan, then pay at the end. Every step after that is tracked on your page.

What you receive

  • Overall rating and CIS™ score out of 1,000
  • A rating and finding for each of the fifteen CIAS domains
  • Priority fixes with suggested replacement wording
  • Downloadable PDF report

Why people use it

A full CIAS reading of your contract in minutes, for less than an hour of a lawyer's time: a rating, the fifteen domains, the clauses most likely to cause a dispute and replacement wording you can paste into the draft.

  • You are about to send, sign or renew a contract and want to know where it is weak before the counterparty finds out.
  • The free Rating showed BB or below and you need to know why, clause by clause.
  • You want a structured agenda for the lawyer or the negotiation, not a blank page.
  • You need a record for the file that the contract was checked before signature.

Who it is for

  • In-house counsel and contract managers
  • Founders and finance directors signing cross-border contracts without a legal team
  • Procurement and sales teams with a standard template to test
  • Law firms wanting a fast first pass before their own review

When to order it

  • The day a draft arrives from the counterparty and before your mark-up goes back.
  • Before a renewal or extension is signed on the old terms.
  • When a template has been reused for years and nobody remembers why each clause is there.
  • Before you brief a lawyer, so the first hour of paid time starts from the findings, not from page one.

What it is not

It is not a legal opinion, it does not negotiate for you and it does not read schedules you do not paste. For an independent rating a board or lender can rely on, the Contract Intelligence™ Review is the next step.

How it works

1. Your matter

You. You enter the matter online and upload the documents; your browser extracts the text and UNIONE™'s own servers run the analysis. Nothing is kept until you submit.

2. Live structural scan

UNIONE™ software. Coverage of the fifteen CIAS domains, the provisions missing and the dispute clause checks: shown before you pay.

3. Confirm and pay

You. You check the plan and pay by card on Stripe's secure page, at the end of the application.

4. AI report on the CIAS framework

UNIONE™ software. Generated within about two minutes of payment, on a fixed analytical brief.

5. Quality checks

UNIONE™ software. Every finding must cite the contract; ratings are capped at AA; anything missing is flagged.

6. Report delivered

UNIONE™ software. On your order page and as a PDF, kept in My services.

The software and AI in this service

Before you pay: Live structural scan. Coverage of the fifteen CIAS domains, the provisions missing and the dispute clause checks: shown before you pay. It runs on UNIONE™'s own servers and sends nothing to an AI provider.

This product is AI. The model reads the full text under a fixed analytical brief: the fifteen CIAS domains, a rating scale reserved below AAA, and a rule never to invent a clause that is not in the text.

  • It quotes the clause number or heading for every finding, so you can check it.
  • It flags what it did not find, such as a missing limitation of liability or an unsigned schedule.
  • It never gives legal advice and recommends a Fellow's review where the stakes need one.
  • AI provider: OpenAI, under business API terms that do not allow training on your data.

Frequently asked questions

Is this a legal review?

No. It is an AI analysis on the CIAS framework and decision support. It is often the fastest way to find what needs a lawyer's attention; for an independent rating by a Fellow, order the Contract Intelligence™ Review.

Which AI provider reads my contract?

The provider is named in the application. Text is sent under business API terms that do not allow the provider to train on it, and the report is stored only on UNIONE™ servers.

What does the rating mean?

AA to CCC describes how likely the contract is to produce a dispute it cannot handle well. AAA is reserved for an independent review by a Fellow.

Can I use it on a contract in another language?

Yes, the model reads most major languages. The report is in English.

What if the report is wrong?

Every finding cites the clause, so you can check it. If the report materially misses the published scope, we regenerate it or refund you.

Why not just ask my lawyer?

Do both. The report costs less than an hour of counsel's time and gives counsel a map: the fifteen domains, what is missing and the clauses most likely to fail. Lawyers who use it spend their hours on judgement, not on reading.

How accurate is it?

Every finding cites the clause it comes from, so you can check it in a minute. The model is instructed never to invent a provision, and anything it cannot find is listed as missing rather than guessed. Where the stakes justify it, the report says so and recommends a Fellow's review.

Will my contract be used to train an AI?

No. The text is sent under business API terms that forbid training on it, and the report is stored only on UNIONE™ servers under your account.

Can I run it on a counterparty's template or an NDA?

Yes, on any commercial contract you are entitled to share. It works best on agreements with a dispute clause, which is where the enforcement findings bite.

What do I do with the report?

Paste the suggested wording into your mark-up, send the domain matrix to the decision-maker, and keep the PDF on the file as the record that the contract was checked before signature.

Do I need an account first?

No. Run the application: enter the matter, see the live analysis and the plan, then pay at the end (or request the quote). We create your private account from your email so you can follow every step. Already have one? It is linked automatically, and you open it with a one-time code.

How do I pay?

By card on Stripe's secure page, in USD, EUR or GBP. UNIONE™ never sees your card details. An invoice is issued automatically.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Orders and applications are confidential, handled by named people after a conflict check, and never shared without your consent except as the law requires.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, depending on the stage the work has reached. The Refund policy sets it out service by service.

Is AI used on my documents?

Yes: this product is produced by AI on a fixed brief, after a structural scan that runs on UNIONE™'s own servers. The provider is named on this page and works under business API terms that forbid training on your text. If you want a human reading instead, order the Fellow-delivered service named on this page.
