UNIONE™ Online · Fellow-delivered

A Fellow reviews the full agreement (up to 50 pages) across the fifteen CIAS domains and issues a Contract Intelligence Report™ with an independent rating. Longer agreements are quoted.

Enter the matter, see the live analysis and the delivery plan, then pay at the end. Every step after that is tracked on your page.

Run the application

What you receive

  • Independent CIAS rating by a named Fellow
  • Domain matrix, findings and recommendations
  • Seat and enforcement analysis for the countries involved
  • One follow-up call; eligible for Dispute Prevention Certification

Why people use it

An independent CIAS rating of the whole agreement by a named Fellow: the fifteen-domain matrix, findings and recommendations, seat and enforcement analysis, and a follow-up call. The usual step before DPC™ certification.

  • The contract is long, valuable or strategic and the dispute risk sits in many clauses, not one.
  • You need an independent rating you can show to a board, a lender or an insurer.
  • You plan to apply for DPC™ and want the review that it builds on.

Who it is for

  • General counsel and boards approving major contracts
  • Lenders, investors and insurers checking a counterparty's key agreements
  • Project companies before financial close

When to order it

  • Before board approval of a contract above the materiality threshold.
  • Before financial close, when lenders want comfort on the project agreements.
  • Before a long-term supply, distribution, licensing or joint venture agreement is signed.
  • When acquiring a company whose value sits in a handful of contracts.

What it is not

It is not a due-diligence report on title, tax or regulation and it does not negotiate. It rates dispute architecture: how the contract will behave when something goes wrong.

How it works

1. Your matter

You. You enter the matter online and upload the documents; your browser extracts the text and UNIONE™'s own servers run the analysis. Nothing is kept until you submit.

2. Scope and coverage scan

UNIONE™ software. Length, the fifteen domains, missing provisions and the dispute clause pre-test; whether the fixed price applies.

3. Confirm and pay

You. You check the plan and pay by card on Stripe's secure page, at the end of the application.

4. Conflict and independence check

Secretariat · 2 working days. The Secretariat checks every party against UNIONE™, its Fellows and the Federation. Nobody reads the merits until it is clear.

5. Fellow appointed

Named Fellow. The Secretariat appoints a Fellow with the right jurisdictions; the Fellow declares independence online before opening the file.

6. Fellow's review

Named Fellow · 7 working days. The Fellow rates every CIAS domain in the Fellow Desk and writes the findings, the seat and enforcement analysis and the rating.

7. Second-Fellow check

Second Fellow · 2 working days. A second Fellow reviews the report and the rating.

8. Released to you

UNIONE™ software · 1 working day. The software produces the signed PDF, puts it on your page and e-mails you.

9. Follow-up call

Named Fellow · 5 working days. A one-hour video call with the Fellow, booked from your order page.

How we deliver

  • One follow-up call by video.
  • Agreements over 50 pages are quoted before any work.

Pricing and what it buys

  • Fixed price up to 50 pages; longer agreements quoted before work starts.

The software and AI in this service

Before you pay: Scope and coverage scan. Length, the fifteen domains, missing provisions and the dispute clause pre-test; whether the fixed price applies. It runs on UNIONE™'s own servers and sends nothing to an AI provider.

Once the conflict check clears, an AI first read maps the contract: parties, structure, dates, amounts and the clauses that drive the rating.

  • It gives the Fellow a head start; the Fellow makes every finding and the rating.
  • AI provider: OpenAI, under business API terms that do not allow training on your data.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from the AI report?

A named Fellow reads the contract, rates it independently and is accountable for the findings. The rating can reach AAA; an AI report cannot.

Does it lead to DPC™?

Yes: the report is the starting file for a DPC™ Standard application.

Can the counterparty see the report?

Only if you share it. Ratings are not published unless you ask for a DPC™ Registry entry.

What does AAA mean, and why can only a Fellow give it?

AAA means the agreement is built to prevent and, if needed, resolve a dispute on every one of the fifteen domains. An AI report is capped at AA because an independent professional must take responsibility for a rating that others will rely on.

Can a lender, insurer or board rely on the report?

The report is signed by a named Fellow, reviewed by a second Fellow and dated. Reliance is for the reader to decide; the report states its scope and its limits in plain words, which is what credit and risk committees ask for.

What happens on the follow-up call?

One hour by video with the reviewing Fellow: the findings, the fixes in priority order, and what to insist on in the negotiation. Minutes are added to your order page.

My agreement is 120 pages. What happens?

The scan before payment tells you the fixed price does not apply; the Secretariat quotes a fee and timetable after the conflict check and you pay only if you accept.

Do I need an account first?

No. Run the application: enter the matter, see the live analysis and the plan, then pay at the end (or request the quote). We create your private account from your email so you can follow every step. Already have one? It is linked automatically, and you open it with a one-time code.

How do I pay?

By card on Stripe's secure page, in USD, EUR or GBP. UNIONE™ never sees your card details. An invoice is issued automatically.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Orders and applications are confidential, handled by named people after a conflict check, and never shared without your consent except as the law requires.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, depending on the stage the work has reached. The Refund policy sets it out service by service.

Is AI used on my documents?

Only to prepare: the live analysis before payment runs on UNIONE™'s own rules on our servers, and after the Secretariat clears the conflict check an AI first read gives the Fellow a map of the file. Nothing reaches an AI provider before then. A named Fellow makes every finding. Tick "No AI on my documents" on the form and the AI first read is skipped; the Fellow works from the documents alone.
