UNIONE™ — the institution
Prevention, structured resolution, arbitration under Rules & Procedures v4.0 and enforcement readiness. Administers every matter it receives and keeps the Fellows roster.
World Law Alliance — counsel
Independent lawyers and partner firms across 90+ jurisdictions: local law before signing, party counsel in the arbitration, enforcement counsel after the award. Publishes the UNIONE™ Fellows roster as WLA Neutrals.
WONE Global™ — business
Regional legal, tax, audit, advisory and capital firms in 35 markets with a Capability Partner: market entry, expert evidence, forensic and insolvency support.

The rules we hold ourselves to
- UNIONE™ administers every one of its services and owns that relationship, including matters that arrive through World Law Alliance or WONE Global™.
- No referral fees pass between UNIONE™, World Law Alliance and WONE Global™. What the institutions give one another is in kind: listings, introductions, training and programme places.
- The tribunal is separate from every firm in the ecosystem. Affiliation plays no part in appointment; Fellows disclose any tie to a World Law Alliance or WONE Global™ firm.
- Counsel and experts are chosen and engaged by the party. A route to World Law Alliance or WONE Global™ is an option, never a condition.
- One roster and one set of figures: the Fellows count shown on every site in the ecosystem comes from the UNIONE™ directory.
WLA Neutrals is the UNIONE™ Fellows roster
World Law Alliance publishes the UNIONE™ Fellows directory as WLA Neutrals. There is one roster, one vetting standard and one appointment process, run by UNIONE™. A Fellow’s profile on either site leads to the same record.
For law firms: the Clause Partner programme
Every UNIONE™ matter begins with a clause, and law firms write clauses. World Law Alliance partner firms, WONE Global™ Capability Partners and independent firms that draft with the UNIONE™ model clause can join the Clause Partner programme. Benefits are in kind; there are no referral fees.
