How It Works

From contract to verified certificate.

A Dispute Prevention Certificate is issued after a contract has undergone UNIONE™'s formal prevention review. It is publicly verifiable, permanently registered, and renewable.

01
Prevention Review Conducted
UNIONE™'s Prevention Office reviews the contract for dispute risk - ambiguity, change mechanism gaps, missing early warning provisions, and enforcement readiness of the dispute resolution clause.
02
Recommendations Applied
Parties apply UNIONE™'s recommended contract modifications - or document their agreed alternatives. Standing Neutral is appointed if the contract is a long-term agreement over a defined threshold.
03
DPC Issued & Registered
UNIONE™ issues the Dispute Prevention Certificate, assigns it a unique DPC number, and enters it in the public Registry. The DPC is tied to the specific contract version - not the parties generically.
04
Publicly Verifiable
Any third party - lender, investor, counterparty, enforcement court - can verify the DPC in real time via the Registry. The public record shows certificate type, issue date, contract type, and current status.
Certificate Types

Three tiers of prevention certification.

The right DPC tier depends on the value, duration, and complexity of the transaction. All three types are publicly verifiable in the Registry.
