Fellowship is not purchased access to institutional casework.

Professional boundary

Any professional work remains subject to competence, applicable professional rules, conflict checks, party choice where relevant, institutional procedure and jurisdiction-specific qualification requirements. Domestic-law and reserved professional work require appropriately qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction.

Appointment / work firewall

Fellowship, Sector Bench, Council, certification-board, DPC, assessment or prior institutional participation creates no entitlement to arbitral, expert or neutral appointment, referral, client work, case allocation or any particular outcome.

Rules status
