What The Registry Contains
The public record of every award UNIONE™ has confirmed is enforceable.
Every Enforceability Certificate is listed within 24 hours of the final award. The entry confirms an institutional enforceability review was conducted and confirms enforceability in specified jurisdictions.
Registry entries are admissible in enforcement proceedings. Enforcement counsel in England, Singapore, UAE (DIFC), France, and the Netherlands have confirmed compatibility with local enforcement procedure.
