What UNIONE™ Fellowship is — and what it is not
UNIONE™ does not guarantee case appointments. No institution does. What Fellowship provides is something more durable: a verified institutional identity, structured participation in the global arbitration community, and the tools and positioning that make practitioners visible, credible, and considered. Appointments follow credibility. Fellowship builds credibility.
The Institution

You are not joining a directory.
You are entering a structured global institution.

Most arbitration institutions operate as closed appointment systems. UNIONE™ is different — Fellows are not only listed but actively engaged, developed, and positioned across jurisdictions through a structured institutional framework.

🏛
Verified Institutional Identity
Your AF.UNIONE™, F.UNIONE™ or SF.UNIONE™ post-nominal is verifiable against the UNIONE™ public registry. It appears on your directory profile, your Neutrals Academy certificate, and every UNIONE™ document that references your appointment.
Permanent designation
🌐
Global Directory Profile
Full biography, specialism tags, jurisdiction coverage, language proficiencies, and case history. Parties and their counsel search the UNIONE™ directory before they shortlist. Your profile is your practice — searchable across 170+ jurisdictions.
170+ jurisdictions
AI Intelligence Suite — 5 Tools
Clause Generator, Risk Analyser, Enforceability Predictor, Document Review Intelligence, and Hearing Intelligence. Professional-grade tools built for the way modern arbitration actually works — available from your first day as a Fellow.
Included with all tiers
Appointment Eligibility
All UNIONE™ appointments are drawn exclusively from the Fellows panel. As caseload grows, every eligible Fellow is in the pool for tribunal consideration — matching specialism, jurisdiction and availability against dispute requirements.
No guarantee — genuine eligibility
💰
Direct Payment — No Cut
UNIONE™ pays arbitrators directly within 30 days of each appointment. No commission deducted. No agency intermediary. No institutional take from your fees. The full amount, directly to you, within a defined timeline.

Discounted access to UNIONE™ Foundation and Advanced Certificate programmes. Fellows receive priority access to new course content, practice updates, and the UNBOUNDED™ event series at reduced delegate rates.
Ongoing development
The Monthly Engine

Active participation, not static listing.

UNIONE™ runs a structured monthly programme across four streams. Fellows are not listed and left — they are continuously engaged, developed, and positioned within the global arbitration community.

Stream 01 · Monthly
Global Arbitration Rooms
Closed-door sector discussions — 30 to 50 curated Fellows per session. Commercial arbitration, construction, technology, energy and investment treaty. Moderated by Senior Fellows. Structured agenda, genuine engagement.
2–3 sessions per month · Sector-based · Senior Fellow moderated · Invitation by tier and specialism
Stream 02 · Monthly
Tribunal Simulation Labs
Structured mock arbitrations — real procedural structure, real Fellows in arbitrator, counsel and observer roles. Emerging Fellows gain hearing experience. Senior Fellows gain visibility.
1–2 simulations per month · Roles: Arbitrator · Counsel · Observer · Certificate of participation issued
Stream 03 · Weekly
Thought Leadership Grid
UNIONE™ publishes under the UNIONE™ Global Arbitration Review. Every Fellow receives rotational visibility — articles, short insights, case commentary. Your name, your specialism, your analysis — in front of parties, counsel and institutions globally.
Weekly published output · Rotational Fellow authorship · LinkedIn amplification · Institutional record
Stream 04 · Quarterly
Global Forum
Larger digital and hybrid events featuring Senior Fellows, external arbitrators, and institutions. UNBOUNDED™ 2026 Barcelona is the flagship — where the first 500 Founding Fellows are publicly inducted.
Quarterly digital forum · Annual flagship: UNBOUNDED™ Barcelona · Founding Fellows inducted 14–15 August 2026

From Fellows

What practitioners say.

★★★★★
"The ERR process genuinely changed how I approach award drafting. Having institutional review of enforceability before issuance — and then carrying the Certificate — changes how parties engage with the outcome. No other institution offers this."
M. Al-Rashid
SF.UNIONE™ · UAE · Energy & Infrastructure
★★★★★
"I was sceptical about a new institution. The quality of the administration, the rigour of the vetting, and the calibre of co-arbitrators exceeded every expectation. The Tribunal Simulation Labs gave me hearing experience I could not have got anywhere else."
E. Laurent
F.UNIONE™ · London · Finance & M&A
★★★★★
"The Global Arbitration Rooms are the most useful professional development I have had in years. Access to colleagues across 80+ jurisdictions — discussing live issues, not theory — is something I had not found anywhere else in the market."
