Structured Resolution.
Shape the outcome
before the Tribunal does.

Where prevention doesn't fully resolve a dispute, UNIONE™'s Structured Resolution Stage offers mediation, expert determination, and neutral evaluation - giving parties one more structured opportunity to reach their own outcome before arbitration.

Four tools. One structured stage. Designed to reach a result.

The Structured Resolution Stage gives parties access to four proven resolution mechanisms - each administered by UNIONE™ and available independently or in sequence.

🤝
Facilitated Mediation
A UNIONE™ Panel mediator facilitates structured settlement discussions. The mediator assists communication and explores settlement - but does not decide. Any settlement is recorded as a binding agreement.
Non-binding Article 9(b) 21–30 days
🔍
Expert Determination
Where a dispute turns on a technical or specialised question, UNIONE™ appoints a domain expert to provide a binding or non-binding determination. Particularly effective in construction, valuation, and technology disputes.
Binding or advisory Technical disputes 30–45 days
⚖️
Neutral Evaluation
An independent neutral provides a reasoned, non-binding assessment of the likely outcome if the dispute were to proceed to arbitration.
Non-binding Article 10 14–21 days
📋
Mini-Arbitration
A condensed arbitration-style process before a sole neutral, producing a non-binding decision. Gives parties a sense of the outcome without committing to full arbitration. Often followed by settlement.
Non-binding 30–45 days Documents only
