Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by UNIONE™ in accordance with the UNIONE™ International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Rules. The arbitral tribunal shall be appointed from the UNIONE™ Technology & AI specialist panel. Article 28 of the Rules (AI-Generated Evidence) shall apply to all proceedings.
