I have experience advising and representing clients in arbitration and dispute resolution matters, with a strong focus on resolving complex commercial disputes efficiently and strategically. My work includes reviewing contractual disputes, assessing legal risks, preparing dispute resolution strategies, drafting pleadings and settlement documents, and supporting clients through negotiation, mediation, arbitration proceedings, and enforcement-related issues. I have handled matters involving commercial transactions, debt recovery, contractual breaches, and sector-specific disputes, while working to protect client interests and achieve practical, commercially sound outcomes.
